Online or by Completing the Customer Information Change Form below.
- Online Address Change – If you are a GenoaBank Online/Mobile User, simply log in to www.genoabank.com , click on ‘Mail’, and type the changes you wish to make. If you are not a current GenoaBank Online/Mobile User you can register by clicking Enroll Now!
- Complete Customer Information Change Form – Complete your changes in the form below. You may print the form and submit to GenoaBank by:

- Email the completed form to: info@genoabank.com or
- Drop off at any of our convenient branch locations.
